Ashtanga

On a physical level the asanas (poses) of the Primary Series build strength and flexibility in the body, loosening tight muscles and realigning and detoxifying the body and nervous system. The series begins with forward bends, then twists and hip openers with a vinyasa between each asana.

Buti

Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.

Vinyasa Flow

Including Root to Rise

Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.

Mandala Vinyasa

We travel 360 degrees around the mat inspired by an element of earth, fire, water or air.

Classes start with a warm up, followed by some mandala sun saluations moving our standing asana, we slow down as we come to seated postures and some yin poses to close before a savasana.

Classes are suitable for any levels with options offered to new and experienced yogis alike

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Perinatal

A class dedicated to pre & post natal people.

Hatha

A gentle Hatha yoga practise suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners, focusing on mindful movement and tuning in with your breath. Laura teaches a slow paced class with lots of flowing movements mixed with longer holds. Each class will have more challenging postures to work towards but you’ll be given lots of options along the way to make the class suit your body. At the end of class you can enjoy a deep relaxation and long Savasana.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt incorporates traditional yoga poses with hand weights and high-intensity cardio moves. It will get your heart pumping and blood flowing, for a maximum calorie burning effect. At the same time you will be challenging your core and balance for strength and stability.

DEEP

DEEP is low-impact, focusing on micro-movements with physical touch to enhance the mind-body connection, and restructure the deep core. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.

Nourish & Nidra

Starts with 30 minutes of gentle stretch and flow to calm down your body and make it feel ready to relax. After that, we will get out the blankets, bolsters, pillows and eye masks and get super comfy for 30 minutes of yoga nidra.

Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) is a method of deep relaxation, in which we use guided meditation to help you get to the state in between waking and sleep. It helps reduce stress and can help you reduce tension and anxiety.

This class is suited for all levels.
